“In the business context in which we are operating, the right partner network becomes very valuable if not crucial. In this context we do have regular contacts with research institutes and universities. The ESC Lille in this case is a very particular partner due to it's expertise in the domain of business management. We recognize the added value of the views, ideas and visions of the ESC Lille in this domain. We happily accepted the invitation from the Iteem project to participate in the third year program. We see this as an opportunity to, on one hand share our experience with the students, but also as an opportunity to have a refreshing new view on our running business. What we expect from this collaboration is firstly to be able to give to the students the opportunity to take a look on a real life business case, to share with them a part of our experience, and secondly to obtain some very valuable feedback. The students of the Iteem project are heavily motivated to participate, do have the right theoretical context and are able to formulate their view on a case. They have the advantage of being objective and knowledgeable at the same time, so able to generate new and refreshing ideas. Students of the project are motivated, curious, fast and ambitious in order to make the assignment a success. Practically the ideal team to work with.”

J’ai personnellement eu l'occasion lors des échanges avec ces étudiants et avec leurs professeurs d'apprécier l'originalité et la qualité de cette formation.

Ces élèves sont responsabilisés dès la première année, on leur apprend à travailler en équipe projet, à aborder les différents aspects du cycle de vie d'un produit.
